The Outward Bound Experience
GreenSpace Training has partnered with Outward Bound to add a five day experiential component to the Sustainability Toolkit.
This isn't just learning; it's living the principles of sustainability. You'll be in one of NZ's most beautiful spots, joining other leaders to face challenges that will embed the importance of sustainability and your role in leading positive change into the future.
Course Overview
Learn
This course begins with two eLearning modules and discussion groups to start developing your sustainability action plan.
Live
Experience sustainability at ground level and live it's principles through the Outward Bound experience.
- Hands-On Learning: Apply your knowledge in practical situations, deepening your understanding through direct experience
- Leadership: Strengthen your leadership skills by working closely with peers, facing challenges together
- Connection to Nature: Develop a deeper appreciation for environmental sustainability through direct interaction with the natural landscape
Lead
This post course catch up is scheduled three months after your Outward Bound Experience. This provides you with time to effect sustainable change within your business and report back to the group on your outcomes. The combined group learnings and feedback may then help shape your way forward.
Registration of Interest
Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis and will remain open for interest until Friday, April 26th. There is a maximum capacity of 14 and a minimum of 10 people.
$5,495 per person (excluding GST).
Cost includes meals, four nights accommodation at Outward Bound, and transfers to and from Picton to Outward Bound in Anakiwa.
